Flooring/ Trying to decide????

HELP!!!!!! I am trying to decide on what brand of mobile home to buy. I live in West Tennessee. Please tell me the difference between OSB flooring and 3/4 inch plywood flooring. Which is the best? I currently live in an older mobile home. The flooring in it will buckle when it gets wet. Different dealers tell you different things.The dealers here are Buccaneeer, Fleetwood, Southern Energy, Clayton. I do not want to have problems like I have had in the past.

Hello Betty,

3/4" plywood is good. Make sure your floor joists are 2X8's and not 2X6's.
