modular home pricing

For a modular home price- to just be delivered and set on the foundation(drop-shipping, as they call it!)- then if I were to do the finishing and utility hook-ups myself as the sub-contractor----
how much more am I looking at to finish the house and get it hooked up w/ all necessary utilities???
I am looking for a percentage figure here-- say, I pay $65,000 for the house to be built and delivered- that $65,000 would be what %age of the final cost to have everything else completed??
there must be some industry standard out there, to calculate the other costs involved in setting up a modular home. 15% more? 20% more? 30% more?
Please advise!!!
Thanks!!!

I am looking at the Modular Home over the Mobile Home market, for the reason that most towns exept them more than the Mobile Homes on a private property, and I do not want to go into a Mobile Home Park,to me it is throwing away money that I can use for the private property. I am looking for about 1344 sq. feet and a 28X48 house with 3bedrooms. and 2 baths, I live in NorthEastern part of Ohio.My plans are to pour a slab and have a foundation built so the home will have a crawl space of about three foot under the home.I am looking for a ranch style home without a garage, which I could build later, and the kind of home would be in the standard type . Could you tell me an idea of a rough price that something like this would cost so I have something to start with. Thank you for taking the time to read this
