Redman VS Friendship Homes

Hi. I live in MN, and I am looking at buying a manufactured home. I have looked at many different brands and have narrowed it down to Redman and Friendship Homes. But I dont know which would be best. They are both 2000 model, the Friendship I would have to order, and the Redman is on a dealer slot...but so far from almost everyone's coments on this board it looks like Redman may not be th way to go... any comments appreciated.
