We're considering a manufactured home, especially a land/home deal. But it looks as though some manufacturers are higher quality than others.
Which are the highest quality names available in Greenville, SC?
Thanks!

Chudson, Hello, You could check out the Mascot homes in Gramling, South Carolina. This company builds some of the finest manufactured homes in the industy today. They make the U.B.C. homes and can also custom build to your needs. Anothe company which I am highly recommend is the R-Anell Custom homes of Denver, North Carolina. This company builds some of the fines HUD homes and Modular homes and has been around for quite some times. They build high quality homes and look like a site built home. Anothe company is the Crestline homes of Laurinburg, North Carolina. This company also builds some of the finest modular homes and HUD homes these days. All these companies use the finest building material and do quality workmanship to their homes. Good luck. Compare and shop around . Remember some manufactures goes the extra mile in the construction and workmanship.

Hello fellow UpStater!
I haven't been shopping in greenville yet but I'd recommened going to Spartanburg and driving up and down asheville hwy (inman to downtown Sptbg) Within a 10 mile stretch I found no less than 12 different manufactures. A great way to look around without having to worry about getting lost. As far as quality homes I am looking at Clayton (LUV Homes), Gold medal (Gold Star), and Palm Harbor. Every sales person I met was extremely helpful at pointing out the "extras" that their homes had over the others. Of course that IS what they get paid to do
) Terry had Mascot homes in mind and there is a Mascot dealer on Asheville highway for you to go look. They're pretty and well built but they're costly too. God Luck on your search!
