The Manufactured Housing Forums

The costs of the home and land are simple to understand. The variable costs of getting the utilities to the property have my concern. Well drilling with associated pump and required storage tank (my So. Calif area), grading, septic, trenching, permanent foundation, perc test/rate, engineering fees..........These things seem as though they could exceed $40K. More than I could afford.
Your input would be appreciated.
