Tammy, Hello. If you are looking for a good manufactured home take a look at the Fuqua Homes of Boonville, Missouri. This company builds what you are looking for. They compete with site built homes and even set their homes over the basement. Their homes are constructed just like a sitebuilt homes are. Another company you could take a look at is the BonnaVilla homes of Aurora , Nebraska and York , Nebraska. This company builds modular homes, U.B.C. and manufactured homes. They also do alot of over the basement model you are looking for. very sell constructed homes. They use 2x6 exterior walls as standard and you could choose so many options form their menu. Another company is also the Guerdon/Magnolia of Vicksburg, Missippi. This company has been around for more than 60 years building fine quality manufactured homes. This company also builds to the Modular codes and manufactured homes and they also do UBC coded homes. Very well respected company in the manufactured housing industry. I hope this would help you. Good luck.

Hello Tammy,

The Fuqua Homes would be a good choice to consider. The big key to setting a home on a basement is to have a good contractor or a retailer that has an experienced set-up crew.
