They compete with site built homes and even set their homes over the basement. Their homes are constructed just like a sitebuilt homes are. Another company you could take a look at is the BonnaVilla homes of Aurora , Nebraska and York , Nebraska. This company builds modular homes, U.B.C. and manufactured homes.
