What is the most energy efficient manufactured home built?
Hello Val,
Go with a home that has R-30 or better in the ceiling. Walls R-21 and floor R-30 or better. It does depend were you live. Check with the PUD in your area and see if they offer any incentive to up-grade your home with better Insulation. Sometimes there is a kick back for the local PUD.
