Val, I know some of the great builder in the Northwest region. They are the Marlette homes of Hermston, Oregon. A very well repected company in the manufactured housing industry and also use fine building materials for their homes. I also recommend you another company by the name of Homebuilders Northwest of Salem, Oregon. This company is also a very fine builder and uses only top quality building materials and use the James Hardi board for their exterior siding. It's suppose to resist termites and resist rotting I also could recommend you another company by the name of Fuqua homes of Bend, Oregon if you want a residential appearance with a high end value this homes for you. You could take a look at these 3 manufactures and settle for one you like. All 3 is very good builders. Good luck
