Hello. I'm having a hard time finding a new manufactured home with a great exterior here in no. CA. Any suggestions? Also, do you know anything about Genesis Homes (genesishomes.com)?
Thanks,
Troy

Hello Troy,

What type of exterior are you looking for?

I want something that doesn't look like a box. I would like a varied roof line with different angles.....like a "normal" house. Something very attractive.

Troy, Genesis is a great modular home. They sell homes into Arizona and Utah. I like their modular homes, they look more site built than manufactured. Another company you could check into is Marlette homes of Hermston, Oregon. They have some homes that have different roof lines or hip roof style homes that look more residential. Also you could check out Fuqua homes of Bend, Oregon. this company competes with site built builders. They also have different roof lines and angles like hip roof. Their homes also look more residential than manufactured. I know of a company in Loma Linda, California that could build to your needs. The company is HallMark Southwest Corp. They do some custom designs to their homes. I hope this could help you.

Looking for a modular home located not too far away. We'd like one that looks more rustic (log cabin type) with 3-4 bedrooms, 2 bath, open plan, snow load 120 lbs, more peaked roof.....not the boxy type style. We live in Chester....About1 1/2 hours from Chico, Redding, etc.
