I'm looking for any feedback. Positive or negative regarding Country Place Village
in New Port Richey, Florida.

This is a division of Manufacturered Home Communities with about 150 locations
nationwide. Is there anyone with longerterm experience( 5 plus years)in their parks. Positive or negative. How has the rate of increase on lot rentals been over a period of time?

Any buyers of Jacobsen or Palm Harbor homes? Problems or favorable comments on these two manufactuer's. Thanks Bob Reed
