are there condo communities?

I am looking into purchasing a new manufactured home and want to know if they have any communities that are set up like a condo community where you would have your home put on a crawl space and you would purchase the land but it would look like a regular mobile home park. Is there anything like this? I live in Michigan.

Hello Judy,

I don't know what's available in your area. But in Washington, Oregon and CA. there are communities that put homes on concrete foundation and they look really nice with attached garages and professionally landscaped. I would encourage you to speak with your local retailers and manufacturers in your area. They will know of any such developments.
