Does anyone have an opinion or experience with patriot homes of texas.
I am looking at a single wide 4 bedroom 2 bath house.
Any information would be appriciated.

Hello James,
Patriot Homes are middle of the road. They are not the worst built homes or the best built homes. Will you be living in the home for over 7 years?

MY CREDIT IS NOT SO GREAT, I AM LOOKING FOR A DOUBLE-WIDE LAND HOME PACKAGE REASONONBLY PRICED AND WILLING TO WORK WITH ME AND MY CREDIT. I AM LOOKING IN THE SPARTANBURG S.C. AREA ANYONE THAT CAN HELP ME OR POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
