Is Schult a good idea?

We have been looking into buying. We have visited several retailers and tried to do our homework, but are very nervous! We found a Schult, the Enchantment model, that we like a lot. I have compared Schult's insulation (R-40 ceiling) w/ others in our area and are impressed. Additionally, we really like the look of the home and it seems to be high quality. However, we don't want to make a very expensive mistake. Any ideas? We've looked at Champion (yuck!), Four Seasons, Skyline, Holly Park, and Fortune (maybe some more that I'm not remembering) but are definitely leaning toward the Schult. Also does anyone know anything about retailers in northeastern Kansas (Lawrence area)? We have visited 3, and lean toward 1, but again don't want to make a bad decision. Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thank you....
