Need some advice

I have made up my mind that I want a manufactured home. I have started doing my research and homework on the different types of homes and manufacuters (wow who knew there was so much information) But what are some of the basic things I would need for my new home ?

The most important thing is how the manufactured home is built!!!!!!! I have written a book about manufactured homes. In my book I will show you how to determine if the home your looking at is well built. I cover many aspects to owning a Mfg home you can order my book at,

Secondly choose the best built home you can afford, tour the factory if possible. The last suggestion is, contact three or four lenders before you decided on a loan. You can go to,
