Need information about Patriot Homes

Hello,
I'm thinking of buying Patriot Homes and wanted to know if anyone had problems with them. Either in the construction or in dealing with the sales dept. I'm talking with a dealer in East Texas. Any info will be greatly appreciated.

Patriot Builders of East Texas has a C rating from the BBB,
Crazy Cattle 3D with some customer complaints about plumbing issues, incomplete work, and billing problems.
