Question about Crest Homes

Hello,
I'm currently looking into a Crest modular home built in Middlebury, Indiana. It's a bit pricier than the manufactured homes we've visited, but I believe we can recover the additional cost when I sell. The home will be situated on an acre of land. Has anyone had experience with Crest Homes? What are the advantages of choosing a modular home over a manufactured one?

One key advantage is that modular homes are built to the same local building codes as site-built houses, which can help with long-term value and financing. Manufactured homes, on the other hand, often depreciate faster and can face more restrictions with lenders or zoning.

How is your crest house? Can you share your design and experience building it? Wait for your reply.
