I want to buy a new home. I'm looking at a Cavco 32x76. Any info on Cavco homes? good and bad?

Interesting question to be able to find Cavco products at the right price. Buy genuine products to be able to use and apply the maximum utilities. Exploit with attractive creativity.

Okay, so Cavco homes, huh? Right to the point! Curious choice, delving into manufactured housing. Always wondered about the resale value on those things... Makes me think of a time my uncle bought a mobile home, thinking it was Slope Unblocked the bargain of the century. Turns out the foundation was shot, and he ended up spending a fortune on repairs. Moral of the story: investigate thoroughly! Don't just trust the shiny brochures.

Hey everyone, thanks for the tips so far! I’m pretty much sold on the 32x76 layout, but I’m stuck on the upgrades. For those of you who have been in a Cavco for a while, what are the 'must-haves' versus the stuff that's just for show? I don't want to blow my budget on shiny kitchen handles if I should be putting that money into better insulation or the foundation like OweDunrossil mentioned.
