Manufactured home for Michigan

I guess we are going against the grain because after moving from Michigan to Florida over 20 years ago we are ready to go back. Bought 120 acres in Cheboyhan, Michigan. Looking forward to the 4 seasons but want to make sure we are safe and warm.

Have found 3 manufactured homes that we are considering. If anyone has bought one of these would really appreciate any thoughts you may have and guidance.
