Considering buying

Post by ingridguerci94 » Fri Apr 05, 2024 1:54 am

I know of an early to mid-90's Oakwood mobile home for sale at a good price. Its owner, who is moving out of state, works in construction and maintenance and has done much to keep it up, including remodeling many of its rooms, flooring, etc.

Of what general quality were the Oakwoods of that era?

What are some good questions to ask when I give it a better look than what I already have?

Oakwood mobile homes from the early to mid-90s generally had a reputation for being well-built and durable.tunnel rush They were known for their solid construction and longevity compared to some other brands from that era.
