First time looking to buy a home. I'm disabled and on a fixed income. So far it has been very irritating viewing classifieds for a home. Trying to find a home where the park's lot rents are in my budget has been not easy. Is there a site that can limit searches to a lot rent amount? If they list them most of the time they are out of my budget. Or it isnt listed and they want my info to tell me what it is and dont want a bunch of salespeople bugging me. Also is there a search engine that will just search for properties where you own the property. MHvillages has that in their advanced search but still gives me ads where they are not owned lots. Very disheartening when I think Ive found a deal and then theres that $1300 lot rent. Ughhh Better get Maid, and chef added for that. TIA
