Is my home mobile or fixed

Hello all! A couple of years ago I bought a new mobile home on some land. I paid cash so there's no mortgage for me to look at. The realtor did something so that I wouldn't have to keep filing a registration every year for the mobile (like one has to file for a car). I'm not sure what she did... How does this change the classification of my home? Is it still a mobile home, or is it a "house", or is it classified as something else? Thank you
