Lien Search WA State

Can anybody fill me in on how to do a lien search from mobile home in Washington State? The mobile home is in a park not on a foundation. I've already tried the DMV as well as the County Tax Assessor's Office. The DMV said she thinks I need to do a foia request but doesn't know who with.
