The Manufactured Housing Forums

I am new to this forum and have never owned a manufactured home. I am looking at possibly buying a 2015 Palm Harbor Cypress model (1066 sq ft) already in a community, huge shed, nice carport, nice landscaping, no carpets, all time and better quality laminate. No dishwasher but a spot to add one. Glass and screen Florida room. They want 99 grand.

I know regular real estate but I have no frame of reference to decide if this is a good deal. What resources can you recommend to help me come to a fair offer? Thank you!
