Setup and Delivery costs - I have questions

My husband and I are looking to purchase a mobile home
We have cleared and leveled the land.
We have well and septic
Clayton homes told use complete setup and delivery was $20,000
This cant be right......can it?

I know it's been a while since your post but I wanted to see if you went they with the deal or if you have new info. Im wondering the same, was told by two dealers delivery and setup into a park will run a cool 25-35k (alone) on top of the cost of he home. I was floored

We have been looking also. We have talked with two different dealers one everything was included even the foundation and the other just delivery but foundation would be 5700.00 more on top of price of home.

Where are you moving the home to and from? Here in Florida, I've seen setup and delivery costs around $10,000
