Rent or Buy a new Home?

Post by repairdad6 » Wed Mar 04, 2015 7:11 am

I'm a bit confused,

I'm not sure whether I should just rent to save money

or buy a new home for us to live in for a long time?

I need advice.

I want whats best for my family, I dont want them to worry about where to live.

Are you confident this is the right best choice? My caution would be not to be suckered by a "great deal". Do your homework (due diligence) for the home you are going to purchase. It's like dating and marriage. Is this a place you want to settle down to? Do you know the quirks and defects? unless you are paying cash you will be throwing your money out the window at either rent or interest. What is the best fit for you?

Buying home is a one time investment and life long benefit. So I suggest you to buy it.
