Decent price for manufatured home but is high interest rate the catch?

Murray, thanks for taking so much time responding to my questions. The idea about the credit union is an avenue we hadn't even thought of!! We are going on Sunday to speak with The Home Show. My husband called and discussed the floor plans with them and they can get the same home. The price they quoted is higher but they did discuss the typical terms that our friends advised us about--which again, makes me think that nice gentleman was no being very nice. As you and Clarence pointed out, higher interest rates would definitely make the home cost way more than the couple thousand dollars on the sticker price that The Home Show quoted my husband.
