I am in the process of getting royaly screwed by a Chicago based Company.My home is free and clear.The owner is making the space rent so high our older and others struggeling will leave with nothing.We cannot afford the mortgage and the increasing space rent.So many are losing their homes that were [part of their retirement.
I need a piece of land w/ owner financing..To put a mobile down on land in this county I would have to come up w/ 1/2 the total cost of land.I don't see that in my imediate future. I am in Montery, Calif. This area is where we can comute to work well.
My husband moves the earth for a living Knows all the ins and outs of project managing. Subdivisions, etc. in the business 20 years.My husband can make some one out there alot more money than the price of a peice of land.He does it every day.Love to hear from somebody...I am currently paying $950.00 for a very small peice of land to have my home sit on .Any one brain storm!!!
