Hi,
We are looking for a construction loan to complete our manufactured home.
The company that we have been referred to wants us to pay all these charges and to pay the permanent closing costs with the construction loan closing costs.
We will be building in Virginia by Lynchberg. Can you give us a name of a construction company.
We already have a permanent loan set up with a bank at 5.375apr.

Most primary mortgage sources have arrangements with construction loan sources..Check with your loan officer for advice...There will be cost..sometimes as high as 5% plus interest..

Your builder should have some referrals as well..
