The North Atalnta area if filled with repos...Lenders..Greenpoint and Conseco have been moving them to Atalnta for resale in parks..They have a web site that lists 199 repos available in GA...Most in the Atalnta area..You might want to check it out... http://www.consecoloans.com/framefah.htm ...

Conseco has an office in Atalnta..You can probably get the phone number through the web site..They have company employees there devoted to repo sales..

Greenpoint also has a repo office in Atalnta..You can probably find the number in the yellow pages..
Many of these homes are available through the local dealers..

The warning about paperwork go for any sales organization..broker or dealer...

I would ask...but I assume all homes include central a/c..To add it it would cost about $ 1500..

Good Luck

Steph

Ready to Rent MH

Mr. Murray,

I checked out the Conseco site. It's awesome! Thanks for the info. But now I have so much information I think I'll just rent for 3-6 months (as you suggested several responses earlier!) to give me time to explore my options.

Got any suggestions as where to look for a rental MH? I'd prefer North or Northeast Atlanta. We're scheduled to be there by July 1st. What do MH rentals run from rough to luxury? Eternally grateful, Steph

John
