2001 Golden West Floor PLan # GE561F

Post by DaveGreg » Tue Sep 21, 2010 4:25 pm

I didn't wind up buying the Oakwood, but in the same subdivision this beautiful Golden West, again on it's own land.
The inspection was just done and the tech and my realtor couldn't find the hot water heater anywhere though there is plenty of hot water.

It's an all electric unit. Would it have a tankless water heater stashed behind a panel or something ?

Hope you can help. I'm already in love with this house and want to learn everything about it, anyway. Downloaded GW's 'Installation Manual" for future reference as well.
Thanks in advance for your help

Take a peak under the home..... Most manufactured homes have the water heater located in the home just above where the water feeds into the bottom.

Is this you floor plan? If so the water heater is at the end of the red arrow.

Yes, that's it. Thank you. I'll pass the information on.
