DSH Housing Group AKA Quality Wholesale Homes - BOYCOTT!

We were swindled out of $5000 by DSH/aka Quality Wholesale Homes. After learning that we were just one of numerous victims, we took our case up with some attorneys asking to file a class action. We were told that they believe DSH pockets are not deep enough to justify a class action. We took our complaint up with BBB Arbitration to provide relief to help all victims of the DSH swindle.

We received the arbitrator's decision which forced DSH to return our deposits within 10 days.  If you are a victim of the DSH deposit keeping swindle, we encourage you to take the following steps to help expose this scam and fight to get your money back.

Step 1) File a complaint with Utah Better Business Bureau here:

When you receive an answer from DSH, unless you are offered 100% refund (and you actually receive your money) let the BBB know you wish to use their NO COST arbitration service to settle your case.   No matter how long it takes, DON'T GIVE UP or settle for anything less than 100% refund, and don't sign any more agreements or settlements that's DSH may offer you.  DSH will most likely respond to your BBB complaint with a threat to sue you if you choose arbitration. Don't let this scare you into signing any settlement with them.

Step 2) Report this Scam to the BBB (yes, you were swindled by con-artists, just one of hundreds of their victims this year). If you're in doubt, we will send you a list of email addresses and/or phone numbers to contact some of the other victims.

Step 3) File your complaint with Utah Attorney General, Office of consumer protection here:

You may receive a response that your complaint is a contract issue, not a criminal issue. But sooner or later the Attorney General will wake up and start to pay attention to all the complaints submitted by victims of DSH.
