1988 Hospitality 14x80

Post by derzinc » Sun Feb 08, 2009 8:54 pm

Hey everyone,

I live in Auburn, Alabama and just looked at a 1988 14x80 Hospitality mobile home located in a really nice community. Does anyone know anything about the brand Hospitality? It's super nice... must have been the "deluxe" back in '88. It's 2 br/2 bath... lot is on a creek. Lots of trees. I got it for $12,300. Any thoughts would be appreciated?! The only thing I know I need to do is seal the roof this summer when I close on it in May.

Know little about this brand, maybe others will. Seems you have already bought the home before you did your research.. I assume that like with any 21 year old home you have had a home inspection by a professional home inspector. Their report would include comments on the original quality range of the home and the current condition of all systems in the home with recommendations to make it ready to own. Sounds like you are happy with the most important thing, LOCATION. Enjoy your new to you home..

Yes, I did buy it. I spoke to the manager of the park, and she said she had never heard anything bad about Hospitality. I'm thrilled about the increase in size from my current 14x70. I currently live in a 95 14x70 Legend of Legacy from Homes of Legend. My sister lives with me and will remain here when I move a few lots down to my new 88 Hospitality! It's a cute place, unusual but GREAT kitchen with lots of cabinets.
