I am looking to buy a manufactured home in San Diego County in California. Any advice anyone can give me would be appreciated. For instance - which brands are best? Which parks in Oceanside are nice to live in? How would I go about finding a manufactured home with land? How do you know if a home new home on leased land or your own land is priced right? I would be particularly interested in learning about your experiences with your own new manufactured homes.
