MHLoans vs

Post by tlo729 » Tue Jan 08, 2008 8:46 am

We will be getting a Deer Valley home in a few months and since I have always been a stickbuiilt homeowner I know little about the mfg home loan world. For anyone that has used the MHLoans website, which appears to be a Lending Tree type setup for mfg homes, did you go thorugh with one of those lenders? Did you look other places? Is that a one-stop shop?

Also, is there any reason at all to consider the financing offered through the dealership? We have excellent credit and income is not an issue. Should I even bother talking to the dealer abouth financing?

What is a reasonable rate for a new home, owning the land, right now?

Thanks much
