House Smart resale

We have the opportunity to purchase a 2001 House Smart 2300 sq. ft. for $45000. This home seems to be in excellent condition and according to the homeowners they have had no problems. It sits on a large piece of property that has been sold for a subdivision so it has to be moved. I've read all the threads about the poor service with Oakwood, but wonder since this home would not be moved by them nor would we have any contact with them, what you would feel about this purchase. We plan on getting a home inspection before signing a contract. This is our first manufactured home which we are buying for retirement.Thanks for any input on this.

Knowing that it will cost about $ 15,000 for a quality local move for this nice of home...The price seems very fair....I would say call the home inspector now and make an offer soon before this opportunity is lost......
