Deer Valley Homes

My wife and I are looking at a new double wide manufactured home for our first owned home. We will be putting it on our owned land in south central Tennessee. We are currently looking at a Deer Valley Homes model "The Getaway". We are also looking at the same floorplan custom built by ModularOne. We are also interested in Franklin homes. Does anyone have any first hand experience with ModularOne or Franklin? They are higher rated by Grissim than Deer Valley. It appears from Grissim that the DV home uses somewhat cheaper construction techniques and materials than ModularOne or Franklin.

BTW, The Grissim books are great. We highly recommend them to anyone buying their first manufactured home.
