Lenders who refinance only the manufactured home

Hi everyone,
Could someone point me in the direction of a lender who will refinance only the manufactured home and not the lot it sits on. I would like to refinance my home and sell the lot that it sits on (It was a land home deal.) back to the owner of the subdivision. My plan is to move the home to where I am now located. I am having trouble finding a lender who would finance only the home. I tried the loan finder service on this site without much success. The guy who finally replied was not very friendly. Here is an excerpt of his reply:
"Double wide manufactured homes are designed to be built, moved once to a home site and remain. There are very few banks that will finance a double wide home once it is moved for the second time.
No, I cannot finance the home alone."

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. I am at my wits end. Thanks in advance.

You are going to have to do some work now...The Yellow Pages of the MH business on this site list scores of lenders..All asked to be listed..some are no longer in business..many have toll free numbers and all have e-mail addresses..Check them out here..
