Seems like many are in this type of situation. I myself cannot prove my income on tax return but my credit is 720 and I still can't find a lender to finance a stated loan for a mobile or manufactured home.

If someone out there knows of a lender that can help, please let me know as I am at my wits end. It's pretty sad that I can qualify for a $400,000 stick biult home but not a manufactured one? This is insane.

I know of only 1 lender that does manufactured home on a stated income basis...It is Palm Harbor's Country Place Mortgage...They do have a plan for you...

There are many mortgage companies who will do a Modular home on plans like you seek,,,

FHA will work for your needs. With your credit you can still do a manufactured home with 0 down. Most lenders try conventional but that is very credit score driven. Let me know If I can help. I am with eagle Home Mortgage in Kent Washington and MH are my specialty.
