Patriot Pinnacle

I've looked through the messages back to 2003 and saw quite a few dealing with questions on Patriot homes. My wife and I are considering a Pinnacle/ Morton. I'd like to know if any of you who posted actually bought a Pinnacle? I didn't see any messages from people who had actually pulled the trigger and bought the house.Thanks.

My husband and I bought a Patriot Pinnacle in December and are very pleased with the home. We bought the Grove Hill (Patriot of Alabama) with optional plywood floors, poured footers for the foundation and Hardi Board Lap Siding. We've had a few minor problems like vent fans not working and a few cosmetic issues that will be repaired. As a matter of fact, the Patriot factory crew is scheduled to come today.

The home is comfortable, spacious and was affordable compared to site built and ...as a bonus....with the 5:12 pitch roof, full sheetrock and flat ceilings it looks and feels like a site built home!! We put the house on our own land in the country and have never been happier.

Kay, Thanks for the information, due to a lightning strike my computer has been down for nearly a month. We went today and put the down payment on the Rosedale. Once again, thank you and everyone else on this forum.

Hi, I have some questions about your patriot home, specifically the price you paid for it. I am looking at purchasing one, and there are other questions I have as well. Please respond.
