Has anyone had any experience with Hometown America mfg home parks, in particular their Providence division which are 55 plus parks in Florida

We live in Colony Cove, Ellenton, FL. Just purchased this past July. The community is well kept. The lot rent is a bit higher than we had hoped, but other than that we are quite satisfied.
