Any Resident-owned Parks in NC ?

Are there any Resident- Owned MH Parks in NC ? I want to move south but have seen a Park up here sold to a developer and the residents have no where to go. Very upsetting to see and worrisome. South Carolina is so beautiful but I am afraid to make the move.. I would be more comfortable owning a share in a (hopefully senior) Park. Don't want to live isolated on my own land somewhere. Thank you for any information you may be able to give....
