MFH inspection - tips?

Hello fellow modular living friends!

I need some advice on what things to look for during the initial inspection of a 1996 DW - what kinds of things that migh not be obvious should I look for or perhaps things the seller might be trying to cover up and how to look for those kinds of things - any tips would be appreciated!

I'm not an expert, but if I were you I would hire an inspector who specializes in manufactured homes to do the inspection. I think it would be money well spent.
