I am considering purchasing a 14x80 1998 Fleetwood with a two car garage, utility building,
paved driveway, all in very good condition and three and one half acres of land. The asking price is $85,000. and I have no idea if this is anywhere near a reasonable asking price. At the grand old age of seventy I have never lived in a mobile home and need your advice. Thanks much in advance.
