Is this a nice home?We are looking at a triple wide floorplan,it has a tag living room.Where we have to take a home we are limited to a 28x60,and this tag will give us some more space. The dealer does not have this home on site for us to see,we will have to order a home from the factory because my husband is in a wheelchair and will have to have wided doors and a roll in shower.I am going to take my time buying a trailer. We have recieved a small settlement from workmans comp and are trying to find the best home for the money. This home is priced at $65,000 without the handicapped features,i am waiting for the price with the other features.I am also considering looking at some hortons and cavaliers, are there quality as good as clayton?I know that a clayton norris is supposed to be the top of the line, but so is the prices,We can only spend so much.It is also hard to shop around because of my husband being in a wheelchair, very hard for him to get into one and look,so far nobody has had a ramp!
