Different Clayton Models

I'm interested in putting a dw on my own property in southern WV. I have been looking at Claytons mostly and have found a floor plan that has 4 bedrooms with a large activity room on one end. My question is, there seems to be this floor plan in a few different divisions of Clayton. Pinebrook by White Pine, Summit, etc. What is the difference in these different models? I know they come from different plants but is there any other difference? Thanks in advance!

I purchased a MH from Clayton Homes located in Cottage Hills, Illinois. BE VERY CAREFUL.

Make sure all they promise is written {word for word} in contract you sign.

In fairness, I must say my MH isn't new. I'm sorry I purchased from Clayton Homes. Before the sell, anything I asked about and requested the salesperson promised. I've been in here 3 months and Clayton Homes stll haven't completed remodeling.
