SilverCrest M0-7

We want to place a SilverCrest M0-7 on our lot in Sonora, CA. I've been around building for many years and feel good about getting our lot "site ready" using a contravtor there that I feel is very good. Can you tell me about pitfalls to look out for? How about some very good books? What do you think of this SilverCrest model? We never considered a MH before and don't want to make mistakes but I also don't feel like I want to just hand everything over to a dealer either. Thanks for any help you can give me.

I liked the Silvercrest Manor series... they didn't have the floor plan we wanted, so we went with Karsten (OR). Sonora's nice country - enjoy!
