New Era Building Systems PA... ???

Anyone have any experience with New Era out of Stratonville PA? or Dealers Welcome Home Centers Inc. Also in PA? We are considering buying a modular home from them and would like any input available.

Jo, I have personal experience with New Era in PA. They are one of the best home buiders in the nation. They back their product!
I do have some concerns with the dealer thought........

I have an idea where you are, check around. Stay away from dealers containing numbers in their business name.

Check with New Era and ask if they suggest a good dealer in your area or a dealer you is willing to work in your area.

Ok thanks so much.. I know the Dealer with the numbers that your speaking of and point taken... Do you know of any reputable dealers in North western PA? I really liked what I have seen so far with New Era I just wanted to double check and hopefully get some first hand knowledge of them.
