Small Manufactured home

I am looking to purchase a manufactured home for ft pierce florida , very small lot will only accommodate a 24 X 36 with a clip corner. What is the nicest homes in that size? It is an ocean view lot and I want lots of windows.

There are many good manufacturers in Florida who build small units...some even custom build to suit your needs...You will need a wind zone 3 home which all offer..

Some of the better quality homes are Palm Harbor..Jacobson Homes...and some Homes of Merits..These factories will custom build if they do not have a plan in there group of floor palns....there are many other good homes in Florida..some might have a plan you need.
