We have an acre with all utiliites, septic and rock pad. Looking for possible used or new MH. It has to be a double wide, but anything over 1500 sq ft is plenty. Asking advice

Good homes in south texas? Noticed they are built regionally.
What not to do? (read about inspection and title search.. thanks).
What to do?
Moving/set up?
Any reputable dealers in this area? (Stopped by Palm Harbor and it was high pressure).
