You need big time legal advice and here is not the best place..

The attorney that closed the construction loan should have done a title search..on which all deed restrictions should be noted...Go to him and ask about the deed restrictions of your lot...

Permits are from the local government and have nothing to do with deed restrictions..only zoning..If a dealer gets a permit..it means the zoning is correct...but...

Deed restrictions can only be enforced by civil action in court...usually only adjoining property owners..front..back..sides..caddie corner..can actually bring an action...not homeowners associations...BUT..every state has different laws and you need specific advice in yours...Even if an action is brought you can defend yourself..check with your attorney about the way the words in this restriction have been defined by case law in your state...Most often.."trailor" is referring to an RV..

Again..talk to the attorney that closed the loan...OR..another skilled in real estate..
